Working from my kitchen at home, I enjoy using traditional recipes, sometimes with my own modern twist. I keep my recipes simple, using as few ingredients as possible & so creating vegan friendly flavours.
I use fresh, local ingredients where possible & support local independent businesses when developing recipes.
