All orders are sent Royal mail 2nd class tracked.
This is with the exception of The Artisan Jar Club which includes free delivery.
All in stock orders will be sent on the next working day. This timescale may change during busy periods, i.e. Christmas & New Year.
If your order is urgent please reply to your order confirmation and we will do our best to prioritise it.
You will receive tracking information when your parcel leaves us. We will send you a copy of the tracking number via email.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to return the goods to us. When we receive the goods we will issue you a full refund. Please remember that the jars needs to be unopened and in the same condition you received them.
If for any reason your product is damaged when you receive it (this occasionally happens when sending glass through the post even though our packaging is excellent) contact us and we will arrange for a refund or a replacement.
Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us.
